Saelig Company, Inc. has introduced the Siglent SNA6000A Vector Network Analyzers series, with a frequency range of 100 kHz to 13.5 GHz and 100 kHz to 26.5 GHz to support 2 or 4-port scattering parameters, differential-parameters and time domain measurements. The SNA6000A series of VNAs are useful for determining the Q-factor, bandwidth, and insertion loss of filters. They can handle impedance conversion, movement of measurement plane, limit testing, ripple test, fixture simulation, and adapter removal/insertion adjustments. These VNAs have five sweep types: Linear-Frequency mode, Log-Frequency mode, Power-Sweep mode, CW-Time mode and Segment-Sweep mode. The SNA6000A series VNAs also support scattering parameter correction of SOLT, SOLR, TRL, Response, and Enhanced Response for increased flexibility in R&D and manufacturing applications. Output level setting range is -55 dBm to +10 dBm with a resolution of 0.05 dB. Frequency resolution is 1 Hz.

The Siglent SNA6000A series adds full 4-port 26.5 GHz capability to Siglent’s RF portfolio, with a significant improvement in dynamic range over the previous SNA5000A. Types of calibration include: Response, Enhanced, Full-one port, Full-two port, Full-three port, Full-four port, and TRL calibration. Types of measurement include: Scattering parameter measurement, differential parameter measurement, receiver measurement, time-domain parameter analysis, limit test, ripple test, impedance conversion, fixture simulation, adapter removal/insertion, spectrum analysis frequency offset, scalar mixer measurement, pulse measurement, etc. Remote control is possible via SCPI/Labview/IVI based on USB-TMC/VXI-11 /Socket /Telnet /WebServer. The 12.1 in. touchscreen can be viewed via HDMI/DVI-D/D to a larger display.
