RCL Microwave, Inc. is currently characterizing dielectrics from 10MHz to 40GHz. RCL Microwave can determine the broadband dielectric constant (electric permittivity) and the loss tangent delta of 100 micron (~0.004") thin film materials through thicknesses of 1000 microns (0.040" inches). A Typical data set consists of 10,000 data points from 2.7 MHz to 27 GHz.
