PPI offers traditional Hi-Q, Low ESR, Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors. The 2225C/P (.220" x .250") and 3838C/P (.380" x .380") case size capacitors have an increased operating temperature qualified to 200°C.
These capacitors exhibit Low ESR/ESL, low noise, high RF power, high self-resonance, as well as ultra-stable performance over temperature and available in NP0 dielectrics & P90.
Typical Functional Applications: Bypass, coupling, tuning, impedance matching and D.C. blocking. Typical Circuit Applications: UHF/VHF RF power amplifiers, antenna tuning, plasma chambers and medical.
Available with magnetic, or non-magnetic terminations.

2225C/P and 3838C/P Series capacitors can also be incorporated into custom assemblies for these types of applications. All assembly components receive 100% partial discharge and 100% Sonoscan for internal defects prior to assembly. Final assemblies then receive 100-hour Military Burn-in, assuring highest quality and reliability.
