Robert Haller

Robert Haller, Senior Principal Hardware Engineer for Extreme Networks, is working on next generation Ethernet switching solutions, is the corporate Signal and Power Integrity lead, and has been a member of the DesignCon Technical Program Committee for 17 years. He has over 40 years of experience designing hardware and software engineering solutions encompassing system architecture, designing, and modeling modules, backplanes, packages, integrated circuits and performing signal and power integrity analysis. He is an expert user of HFSS, SiWave, HSPICE, MathWorks, Mentor, and Allegro CAD Tools. He has co-authored multiple DesignCon papers including winning Best Paper Awards, has chaired DesignCon panels, and has been the “Modeling and Analysis of Interconnect” Track Co-Chair for many years. He received a B.S.E.E. degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
